CENTENNIAL — The Littleton teacher accused of beating a student with a foam bat-like object may get his charges dismissed if he completes four mandatory steps in 12 months.
According to Arapahoe County District Attorney Spokeswoman Casimir Spencer, Jason Mair agreed on a 12 month deferred prosecution.
Casimir said the victim’s family also agreed.
Jason Mair was a teacher at Powell Middle School.
