BAYFIELD, Colo.—A Bayfield Middle School principal has been cleared of charges after a school counselor said she was harassed and intimidated.
Mike Lister was found not guilty by a jury Thursday of false imprisonment and harassment.
According to the Durango Herald ( ), counselor Tara Gray told authorities in March that Lister confronted her over an email and refused to let her leave her office.
Lister’s attorney says the incident was only a workplace dispute.
