Fort Collins-based Drahota has been selected as the general contractor for the new Vallagio Luxury Apartments project, part of the Vallagio at Inverness community on Dry Creek Road east of Interstate 25 in Arapahoe County.
The development will include 272 units located on about 6½ acres with a clubhouse/leasing office, pool and underground parking. The complex will have four four-story apartment buildings with 68 units in each building.
Construction is expected to begin this summer and be completed by fall of 2013.
“We are thrilled to have been selected as the general contractor and look forward to bringing our multifamily expertise to this new project,” president and CEO Terry Drahota said Monday.
The apartments are being developed by The Wolff Co. of Scottsdale, Ariz. Project management services are provided by Patrinely Group of Houston, and design is led by Kephart Architects of Denver.
