 Westminster’s Willow Run Shopping Center has been sold by Westwood Financial Corp. to TNP Strategic Trust for $11.5 million .

Westwood announced the sale Monday.

Westwood Financial executive vice president Joe Dykstra said the sale of Willow Run was “consistent with our plan of rebalancing our portfolio.

“Since 2008, Westwood Financial has been heavily investing in the Southeast with 11 acquisitions including a Kroger anchored shopping center in Macon, Ga., a Harris Teeter achored shopping center in Raleigh, N.C., and three value add centers located in Atlanta,” Dykstra said.
