DENVER—A Denver grand jury has indicted two men on charges they scammed homeowners facing foreclosure.
Alfonso Carrillo and Rudy Breda are charged with violating the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act. They face multiple counts of theft, burglary and criminal trespass.
According to the Denver Post ( ), the indictments filed Thursday say Carrillo found homeowners facing foreclosure and persuaded them to give him control of the properties.
