When opened its first Colorado store at the Denver Pavilions last fall, hundreds of people got in line to be the first to snap up the store’s legendary fast fashion styles. Get ready for round two, as the Sweden-based retailer will open H&M at noon Aug. 23. The store will sell collections for men, women, teens, children from newborns to age 14, as well as maternity wear, lingerie and sports apparel. H&M is also offering school uniforms for the first time.

H&M is partnering with for the day, and participating children will receive H&M gift cards and get to shop early at the store. H&M is also giving a grant to support the clubs’ programs, according to Glori Burrell, director of corporate development for BGCA. The first 100 shoppers will get T-shirts and gift cards valued at $10 to $300, as well as in-store specials and giveaways.

The 18,000-square-foot store is located in the space formerly occupied by Eddie Bauer, which is relocating to the lower level. H&M FlatIron Crossing, 1 West FlatIron Crossing Drive, Broomfield.
