Lakewood police are looking for the driver of van who drove off after being involved in a collision with a motorcycle.
The man and the woman on the motorcycle were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The hit-and-run crash happened at about 9 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of West Alameda Avenue and South Benton Street, Lakewood police said.
Police said the black panelled van had no side windows in the cargo area and should have significant damage to the passenger’s side of the vehicle.
Further details on the couple’s injuries were not available.
