The former chief executive officer of natural grocery chain Sunflower Farmers Market pleaded guilty to a felony count of attempted pandering Monday in Maricopa County Superior Court.

Michael Gilliland was originally charged with child prostitution after being caught in a Phoenix police sting in February 2011. Under terms of the plea agreement he entered into Monday, he will spend five months in jail and will be placed on supervised probation for an unspecified period.
