A 22-year-old woman accused of sexually assaulting a child in her care was arrested in Lone Tree on Friday.
Chantella Lucero was baby-sitting the child when the alleged assault occurred.
She was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on a child and sexual assault by one in a position of trust, according to a news release from the Lone Tree Police Department.
Lucero was booked into the Douglas County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
