Greeley police say 34-year-old Nathaniel Mogus was seen holding a cell phone while peeping in a woman’s window near the University of Northern Colorado campus Tuesday.
He was arrested on three counts of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, a misdemeanor charge.
A witness called police and Mogus was arrested in the 1600 block of 10th Avenue a short time later. After the arrest, police found evidence on his phone that indicated he had peeped on two other victims on two other dates.
His Facebook page indicates he works at a pizza parlor near the UNC in Greeley, a few blocks from where he was arrested.
Anyone with information about Mogus can call Greeley police at 970-350-9605 during business hours or 970-350-9600 after hours.
Mogus is free on $3,000 bond. Court records show he has previously been arrested on trespassing, burglary, drunken driving and other charges. In 2001, he was sentenced to 90 days of work release, four years of probation and was given credit for 47 days of time served in jail on a felony burglary and other charges in Weld County.
