STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — The man who was pulled from a burning car Wednesday was treated at Yampa Valley Medical Center and subsequently arrested.
Stagecoach resident Edward Nicholas Jenny, 23, was arrested by the Colorado State Patrol on suspicion of operating an uninsured vehicle, careless driving, and driving with a revoked license. He posted a $10,000 bond and is due back in court Oct. 30.
Jenny did not immediately return a message Thursday seeking comment. According to an affidavit filed with the court related to Wednesday’s arrest, Jenny told troopers he did not remember the crash.
