NYC & Company and the Off-Broadway League are offering two-for-one tickets to 28 shows during Off-Broadway Week. Tickets are for performances Sept. 17 through Sept. 30. Shows include “Avenue Q,” “Blue Man Group” and Rain Pryor’s “Fried Chicken and Latkes.” With the deal, two tickets to “Bullet for Adolf,” a new comedy by Woody Harrelson and Frankie Hyman, cost $66.50 (the usual price for one), plus $14.25 in fees.
