Archbishop Samuel Aquila on Thursday will bless a new campus at the Denver Tech Center for the Augustine Institute, which the archdiocese says is the fastest-growing Catholic graduate school in the U.S.

Aquila and Denver Auxiliary Bishop James Conley will dedicate facilities, including a new larger chapel and a video-production studio, in ceremonies beginning 5:30 p.m.

A special talk for alumni on accreditation, a reception and campus tours will be capped by the blessing, dedication and refreshments.

The Augustine Institute has 60 students on campus and more than 200 distance-education students. The school offers a master of arts in theology as well as parish programming developed in response to Pope John Paul II’s call for the new evangelization.
