On April 14, The Denver Post will publish its second annual Top Workplaces section, highlighting the Denver-area’s top companies as ranked by their employees.

The report will list the top employers in three size categories and will examine what contributes to their success. The rankings will be based on nominations, followed by short, 24-question surveys of employees conducted by our partner in the project, WorkplaceDynamics.

WorkplaceDynamics, which has conducted Top Workplace surveys with newspapers in more than 30 major metro areas, will survey workers from late September through mid-December.

“Our inaugural Top Workplaces competition was an incredible opportunity to highlight the employers that are going out of their way to create desirable workplaces,” said Denver Post business editor Kristi Arellano. “We’re eager to see the competition expand as companies continue to recognize the value of creating a dynamic workplace where employees feel empowered and appreciated.”

Any metro-area organization — including public, private, nonprofit and government employers — with 50 or more workers is eligible to participate. Anyone within an organization can nominate an employer for consideration. Nominations are open until Nov. 12.
