An estimated 15,000 runners from 50 states and 20 countries will participate in Saturday’s Sports Authority Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon, half marathon and relay. After a bike tour start at 6:45 a.m., the race begins with wave starts at 7:15 a.m.
There will be live music and refreshments in Civic Center until 2 p.m. The musical acts will be the Andy Hackbarth Band at 8:15 a.m. and Trevor Hall from 10:45 a.m. to noon. Other bands will play along the route of the race.
