Colorado quarterback Jordan Webb was named the Pac-12 Conference’s offensive player of the week, the league announced Monday.
The junior Webb scored the game-winning touchdown against Washington State left for the 35-34 win. Webb completed 29-of-42 for 345 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He was intercepted once and sacked six times.
“I go into every game thinking I can win,” Webb said after the game. “That’s my mentality. And I think we have the guys to do it.”
Colorado next plays Saturday at home against UCLA; the game kicks off at 4 p.m.
Oregon linebacker Jordan Clay was named defensive player of the week, and Oregon State punter Keith Kostol was named special teams player of the week.
