Apples and classic cars at fest
Cedaredge AppleFest takes place Saturday-Oct. 7 in Cedaredge. This weekend event celebrates this year’s apple harvest with more than 150 art vendor booths, a classic car show, an antique tractor show, and, of course, delicious apples.
Give that pumpkin the heave-ho
The Punkin Chunkin Colorado is Oct. 13 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds in Aurora. This family event is filled with kids crafts, pony rides, a pumpkin patch, scarecrow making, and teams of “chunkers” coming in from all over Colorado to see who can lob a pumpkin the farthest.
