Many probably remember . Guitarist Derek Miller’s Marshall stacks consumed the intimate stage while blinding, incessant strobes turned lead singer Alexis Krauss into a falsetto neo-goth-zombie. Not long after, the New York duo was performing the same songs at the exponentionally larger — more amps, more strobes. Itap not that this band is merely loud; itap that the razor’s edge guitar tone coupled with Krauss’ improbably dreamy voice can very much cause you to lose your grip on a given moment of reality.
