LONGMONT, Colo.—Boulder County prosecutors have charged the owner of a Longmont-based janitorial business with sexual assault on an employee.

According to an arrest warrant, Raglan Yapp is accused of sexually assaulting an immigrant woman who worked for him in Boulder for more than a year beginning in 2009.

According to the Longmont Times-Call ( ), Yapp was released on $50,000 bond and is scheduled to return to court on Dec. 10 for a preliminary hearing.
