GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—A high school student in Grand Junction is facing menacing charges after female classmates said he threatened to rape them.

The Daily Sentinel reports () the comments allegedly happened last week at Central High School.

An affidavit prepared by Mesa County sheriff’s officials says that when questioned by authorities, the boy said he told girls he would “grape” them, not rape them.

The affidavit also says that during a discussion about what students wanted to be when they grew up, he told classmates he wanted to murder people as a side job.
