Fremont County authorities searched into the night Saturday to rescue a lost mountain biker outside Cañon City.
The bicyclist, who was found unharmed at 3 a.m., had been riding trails in the area of Shelf Road north of Cañon City when the pair became separated.
The friend searched the route, but called authorities at 8:45 p.m. when darkness stopped his hunt.
