PUEBLO, Colo.—Pueblo City Council members are frustrated over cost overruns for renovating city hall.
The cost is nearly $2 million over the original price tag of $4.5 million and it still isn’t finished.
According to KOAA-TV ( ), city officials are blaming asbestos removal and city management changes for part of the cost increase.
