TRINIDAD, Colo.—A judge has ordered a former Trinidad principal from having contact with school district officials over allegations he threatened state school officials.
Las Animas County District Judge Claude Appel granted the school district’s request for a permanent protection order against Joseph Reorda after state education officials say he threatened to bring a weapon to the Trinidad School District.
According to the Pueblo Chieftain ( ), no charges have been filed and Reorda has denied the allegations.
Reorda has reportedly been upset with the way the school district is currently being run.
