Troy Walters, the wide receivers coach at North Carloina State, tweeted Monday that he has been hired to be the new wide receivers coach at Colorado.
Walters, 36, was a first-team All-American at Stanford in 1999, when he also won Biletnikoff Award winner as the nation’s top receiver. He is Stanford’s all-time leader with 244 catches and 3,900 yards. He played eight years in the NFL with the Vikings, Colts, Cardinals and Lions.
