Denver Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward to help find the man who robbed Bonnie Brae Ice Cream Shop at gunpoint Saturday.
There were no injuries and police did not say how much the robber got away with. He was described only as being African-American and wearing a gray-and-black sweatshirt. Police hope someone recognizes him from surveillance photos.
The at 799 S. University Blvd. has been a Denver institution for more than 26 years.
