NIWOT, Colo.—Boulder County sheriff’s investigators are still working to identify the person who scrawled a bomb threat on a bathroom stall at Niwot (NY’-waht) High School last week.

Classes were cancelled Friday while the threat was investigated. Deputies were monitoring the school when it reopened Monday.

In addition to the bomb threat, a student found a note with a list of about 30 students’ names.

Boulder County Sheriff’s Office Cmdr. Rick Brough told the Longmont Times-Call ( ) on Monday that investigators have narrowed down a list of suspects in the case.

Principal Dennis Daly had previously told parents in a letter that one student had been suspended until a number of concerns were resolved, but he didn’t elaborate on the concerns or the reason for the suspension.
