East 6th Avenue in Aurora was shut down briefly by police as they investigated a bomb threat.
The investigation took place near a Buckley Air Force Base gate, according to an Aurora Police Department tweet.
Sixth Avenue was closed from Telluride Street to Picadilly Road for about 15 minutes just after 2 p.m.
