Disco Skate Night
Winter Park hosts Disco Skate Night on Saturday and Feb. 23. From 5 to 7 p.m., bring your skates to the Village Ice Rink and jam to disco tunes from the 1970s, with a disco ball lighting up the night.
Winter Mountain Games
Vail’s second annual Winter Mountain Games will run Feb. 7-10. The event features competitions in five winter sports, atheletes competing for prize money, free concerts and films, expo booths and more.
Outlaw Snowdown
Pagosa Springs’ Outlaw Snowdown music festival takes place Feb. 8 and 9. This second annual alternative country music festival — featuring Shooter Jennings, Micky and the Motorcars, and others — is held outside in downtown Pagosa Springs, snow or shine. Cost for a two-day festival pass is $75, with limited single-day passes going for $50.
En Fuego Fat Saturday
On Feb. 16, Copper Mountain celebrates En Fuego Fat Saturday, with a Mardi Gras parade, N’awlins drink specials, street performers, music and masks fill Copper Village, with purple, yellow and green fireworks over West Lake concluding the celebration.
