The state Supreme Court is now in session in its new digs. Graham Emerson Fuller on Wednesday pleads his case under the dome of the courtroom at the new Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Complex in downtown Denver. The center also includes Court of Appeals courtrooms and a 12-story office tower for the attorney general and other state agencies. Ralph Lawrence Carr was governor from 1939 to 1943.
