The Douglas County Sheriff’s office located a woman who had been missing for more than a week after asking for the public’s help earlier Friday.
The woman, Lisa Christine Coletti, 38, had been missing since Jan. 24. Chad Teller, a spokesman for the sheriff’s department said she was first reported missing by concerned co-workers who said Coletti hasn’t been at work since the 24th.
Teller had called the disappearance suspicious.
The update that the woman was located was confirmed by a department dispatcher, although no further information has been released.
Coletti has been a victim in an attempted homicide case in Adams County, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.
