WELD COUNTY — A Colorado Department of Transportation spokesperson confirmed that a snowplow hit a teenager walking in Weld County on Sunday.
CDOT told 9News it happened on Highway 60 near Milliken, just west of Weld County Road 3.5.
The 16-year-old boy was awake and responding when he was taken to the hospital. He was in serious condition.
