ASPEN, Colo.—Lithuania is setting up an honorary consulate in Aspen.
Dr. John Prunskis, a part-time resident of Aspen, told the Aspen City Council on Monday a consulate in Aspen will raise awareness of the small Baltic country.
According to the Aspen Times ( ), Prunskis is a U.S. citizen who lives in Chicago. His parents moved to the United States from Lithuania before he was born.
