LONGMONT, Colo.—Authorities have released the name of a 20-year-old man who was found dead in a ditch that runs through a Longmont park.
The Boulder County Coroner’s Office identified the man as Manuel Garcia-Silva of Longmont but did not say how he died.
Witnesses told police they saw Garcia-Silva strip nude and run around shortly after bars closed early Thursday morning. The Longmont Times-Call reports ( ) his body was found in Oligarchy Ditch along the east side of Lanyon Park at about 7 p.m. Thursday.
Police Cmdr. Jeff Satur says there were no signs of trauma on Garcia-Silva’s body, so the coroner’s office is investigating whether he suffered from a medical condition or an adverse reaction to drugs.
