It’s almost as if was asking for producers everywhere to cobble together fake versions of the new song, “Get Lucky.” The French duo released a , followed by a  that includes a chorus by Pharrell Williams. From that bit of marketing, we’ve got the ingredients to an electronic dance song: a couple samples, a chorus and a computer to put it all together with.

It was leaked by a Canadian radio station, the music blog We give it about a 75.2 percent chance of being real, mostly because anyone could use those clips and only add 15 percent’s worth of transitions to make a Daft Punk-ish song.

Our biggest issue with the most legitimate of these “Get Lucky” leaks is that the instrumental transition at 3:43 sounds a bit sketchy. Listen for yourself and let us know if it’s real or another fake.
