DENVER—State Rep. Mike McLachlan of Durango is hospitalized in Denver following complications from surgery, but his daughter says he’s expected to make a full recovery.
Kate McLachlan tells the Durango Herald ( ) her father went to the hospital this week with internal bleeding following intestinal surgery last week.
On Friday, doctors were observing him to see whether he needs more surgery.
Rep. McLachlan is a Democrat serving his first term in the House.
