Q: I am an 82-year-old lady who needs some computer instruction. I have Microsoft Windows 7 and am somewhat computer literate, but still need a lot of help. Can you recommend where I might find some resources on a local level here in Colorado Springs?

A: Reading a help guide, such as ” ,” might do the trick. If not, I would suggest signing up for sessions with a Microsoft associate at the Microsoft retail store at Park Meadows in Lone Tree. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not operate a store in Colorado Springs. A one-hour, in-store class costs $49, or you can sign up for three one-hour sessions for $99.
