The Bear (6-1) are tenth this week, and replaced Grand Junction in the ranking.
Kent Denver continued its run at the top, though Air Academy slid into the second spot. Cherry Creek dropped one place to third.
Centaurus is fourth this week, and Cheyenne Mountain rounds out the top five.
