COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Authorities in Colorado Springs are puzzled after bags of stolen possessions were dumped off near a local business.
Employees at Classic Homes on Corporate Drive discovered the items, stashed in trash bags, suitcases and backpacks, in the parking lot Tuesday morning.
According to KRDO-TV ( ), the recovered loot includes checks, jewelry and other valuables. Some of the checks reported stolen across Colorado are still being used.
