• Because of a reporter’s error, the name of Seth Jones’ first skating coach was incorrect in a story on Page 1B on Monday. Tracy Jackson was his first skating coach.
• Because of incorrect information from The Associated Press, a story on tanning beds on Page 12A on Tuesday misreported the FDA’s proposal for cancer warnings. The warnings would appear in promotional materials, and if finalized, the regulations would require labels on tanning beds within a year of taking effect.
• Because of a reporter’s error, a column by Alicia Caldwell on Page 15A on Tuesday misidentified the county in which the shuttered Fort Lyon prison is located. It is in Bent County.
