The Colorado Council of Churches holds a public meeting 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Central Presbyterian Church to sign a new covenant or agreement restructuring the interfaith social-justice organization to include individual congregations as well as denominations.
Denominational members and representatives from 21 congregations will be at the ecumenical assembly, titled “Walking Together in Faith, Working Together for Justice,” which includes discussions on societal issues, such as criminal justice reform, all in a worship context.
Registration is at 6:30 p.m. The church is at 1660 Sherman St. in Denver.
