DENVER—One of the men arrested after a robbery at a Denver Radio Shack store where the clerk was held captive has pleaded guilty to two charges.

The district attorney’s office said Friday that Taveaun Williams has pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery and first-degree assault in connection with the holdup in September. He could be sentenced to up to 30 years in prison at a hearing July 11.

He and 23-year-old Michael Annan were accused of robbing the store, holding an employee captive and shooting at police officers. They surrendered after a six-hour standoff.

Annan is scheduled to go to trial in October on charges including second-degree kidnapping, aggravated robbery, attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault.
