KEYSTONE, Colo.—A man who admitted stealing a bus in Keystone and driving off with its passengers is seeking a plea agreement.
Joshua Mock pleaded guilty Monday to aggravated motor vehicle theft, false imprisonment and reckless endangerment as part of a plea agreement with the district attorney’s office. The agreement must be approved by a judge.
According to the Summit Daily ( ), authorities said the Summit Stage bus was reported stolen in March. Passengers started calling 911 to say they were on a bus being driven erratically up Montezuma Road before the driver was arrested.
