The National Weather Service has canceled a tornado warning for northwestern Cheyenne County and south central Kit Carson County in east central Colorado.
The warning, issued at 2:46 p.m. Wednesday, was originally effective until 3:30 p.m.
A tornado was spotted 8 miles northwest of Aroya, accompanied by large hail.
