Denver police are investigating an attempted kidnapping Saturday morning in which a man tried to pull a 13-year-old girl who was with her mother into his car.
The girl and mother were able to flee.
Police are searching for the suspect, according to a series of Tweets by Denver police.
The attempt happened on the 21500 block of East Stoll Place at approximately 7 a.m.
Denver police describe the suspect as being between 25 and 30 years in age.
He was driving what a witness believed was a white Geo Metro, according to the Tweets.
Police do not have the license plate of the car.
