Eight Outlaws players were selected to the 2013 MLL All-Star Game, the league announced Monday. Denver’s eight all-stars tie with Chesapeake for the most honors from any team this year.
The 2013 MLL All-Star Game will take place at 5 p.m. Mountain time at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. Players were selected through a balloting process by MLL coaches and general managers.
Among the eight players from the undefeated Outlaws (8-0) selected to this year’s squad are three first-time honorees.
The Outlaws’ eight 2013 all-stars:
• Attackman Chris Bocklet (first selection)
• Midfielder Zack Greer (first selection)
• Faceoff specialist Anthony Kelly (fourth selection)
• Attackman Brendan Mundorf (seventh selection)
• Goalie Jesse Schwartzman (sixth selection)
• Midfielder Jeremy Sieverts (second selection)
• Midfielder Drew Snider (first selection)
• Defenseman Lee Zink (seventh selection)
