ALAMOSA, Colo.—The Alamosa City Council is considering a request to build public toilets in a town cemetery to help visitors.

Officials and residents say the only public bathrooms available are in a city office that are often closed after-hours and on holidays.

The Alamosa Valley Courier reports () the city is looking into the possibility the public toilets could be purchased with cemetery endowment funds.
