The company has a new 45,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility here in Colorado, in Centennial. The hiring process has already begun to add more than 300 full-time, permanent licensed and non-licensed health insurance agents.

The company is offering $15.25 per hour plus incentives and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Additional compensation is also available for bilingual individuals (English/Spanish). Connextions also provides promotional opportunities and medical, dental and 401k after 90 days. Part-time schedules are available after completion of training.

For those without experience, Connextions provides a free two-week College of Insurance training program for eligible applicants – an investment of about $500 per person – to prepare them to take state licensing exams for health insurance and Medicare supplemental sales. The program provides applicants with a professional learning environment and knowledgeable mentors who will assist you in earning your state health insurance license in as little as 10 days. Connextions pays for the entire program including study materials, exam fees, and your state health insurance license. Once you receive your license, Connextions could employ you with the same pay and benefits as the experienced agents.
