A suspect in a , which resulted in serious injuries, has been taken into custody.
The arrest was made overnight, said John White, a Denver Police Department spokesman.
Police identified the suspect as 24-year-old Jamar Eugene Gooden.
The incident happened about 9:30 p.m. Thursday at Interstate 70 near Peoria Street.
The vehicle driven from the scene of the collision was found at East 38th Avenue and Peoria Street.
