A jury has found a substitute teacher not guilty of masturbating in front of special needs students at an Aurora school.
The Arapahoe County jury on Friday morning found 58-year-old Jonathan Ogungbenle not guilty on two counts of misdemeanor indecent exposure.
Ogungbenle was arrested March 21 at Aurora West College Prep Academy and accused of masturbating in a special needs classroom, police said. There were two male students — a sixth grader and a seventh grader — in the classroom at the time.
