Authorities were led on a chase that topped 80 mph on southbound Interstate 25 Thursday night.

The chase started when a driver refused to pull over and finally crashed after running over stop sticks near the 120th Avenue exit, said Josh Lewis, Colorado State Patrol spokesman.

No one was injured in the chase or crash, Lewis said.

The suspect, a 52-year-old male, was taken into custody, he said.
